At Kinohimitsu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Kinohimitsu tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
